Earl Forrest Rose (September 23, 1926 - May 1, 2012) was the Dallas County, Texas medical examiner when John F. Kennedy was shot. He performed autopsies on Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby, but most critically, stepped aside from performing an autopsy on Kennedy's body at the insistence of Jacqueline Kennedy and presidential aides.
