The following is a partial list of acts of terrorism committed by Muslims for the purpose of achieving varying political and/or religious ends. The list uses the same inclusion criteria as the article Muslim terrorism and includes failed attempts that qualify these criteria. In total, there have been over 18,000 Islamic terrorist attacks since 2001.
